INGREDIENTS
Puff pastry ready made ( can buy at grocery/supermarts/bakery, any brands)
FOR EGG CUSTARD:
4 eggs
1 tspoon of vanilla essence
150ml water
250ml fresh milk/full cream milk/evaporated milk
120g castor sugar
STEPS
First, prepare the egg custard. Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix it well.
After that, strain the mixture to get the smooth texture of custard.
Roll the pastry, use a cup or muffin tin to get the round shape of pastry, trim it and put the already cut into round shape pastry into the muffin tin.
Then, pour the custard into the muffin tin.
Bake the tart in 180deg for 40min. (you can bake more longer if you want more brownish on the top)
