Crumble Blueberry Cupcake


INGREDIENTS


For crumble:

  • 3 tbspoon of butter

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar

  • 1/3 cup wheat flour

For cupcake:

  • 2 cup wheat flour

  • 2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 salt

  • 1/2 cup butter

  • 3/4 castor sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tbspoon vanilla essence

  • 2/3 cup full cream milk

  • Blueberry jam/ fresh blueberry


STEPS

  1. For crumble, put all the ingredients into a bowl. Use hand to make it like crumble. Put aside.

  2. Next, prepare the cupcake. Put the butter and castor sugar into a bowl. Beat the butter and sugar until the colour turn little bit fade.

  3. After that, put the eggs and vanilla essence, continue to beat it for a while.

  4. Then, put the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt into the batter. Use the spatula to mix all the ingredient.

  5. Put the full cream milk and stir it until the batter have the smooth surface.

  6. Scoop the batter into the cup, put 1 table spoon of blueberry jam at the middle of the batter and then put the crumble on the top.

  7. Bake on 170-180 celcius for 18-25 min.
